Since 2011, Tamarack’s Executive Chef, Patrick Vaccariello has been creating exceptional cuisine that rivals the best five-star restaurants in New York. Chef Patrick was trained at Johnson and Wales and was the Chef at New York City's David Burke Fish Tail, and Maloney & Porcelli  prior to joining Tamarack. Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in our elegant Grille Room or dine on the portico with stunning views of the golf course.
