Since 2011, Tamarack’s Executive Chef, Patrick Vaccariello has been creating exceptional cuisine that rivals the best five-star restaurants in New York. Chef Patrick was trained at Johnson and Wales and was the Chef at New York City's David Burke Fish Tail, and Maloney & Porcelli  prior to joining Tamarack.

Doggie’s Bar. Quench your thirst in unique style.

With outstanding views of our golf course on one side and large-screen TVs on the other, our bar is sure to become your new favorite watering hole. Luis “Doggie” Martinez, our exceptional bartender, has been serving up warmth and good times at Tamarack for over 13 years. So grab your friends, soak in the surroundings and enjoy a traditional drink or one of Doggie’s creative cocktails.
